You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a problem, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know that Swissknocked Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
